A record 355 Knox Old Boys and friends attended the 13th edition of the Brothers IV Brothers Lunch on Friday 29 August 2025. The function, held in memory of Lachlan Robertson (OKG96), Tim Cussell (OKG00) and James Nisbett (OKG98) at The Blue Gum, raised more than $135,000 for the Chris O'Brien Lifehouse. 

Jason Robertson (OKG92) shared a message from a Lifehouse patient's family, expressing gratitude for the support they had received which would not have been possible without Brothers IV Brothers. Then Mark Cairns (OKG99), whose idea inspired the first Brothers IV Brothers Rugby fixture in 2012, recited A Toast to Our Brothers, a poem he composed as a tribute to Lachlan, Tim and James. 

Nick McArdle led this year's panel discussions before the crowd was treated to a surprise visit from an international star. Post lunch Rennie and the Jets - featuring Jason Robertson, Jeff Grainger (OKG96) and Adam Rennie (OKG03) played the best pub setlist ever, igniting the dancefloor. 

Thanks to the Robertson family for organising this special event which - in continuing to live on with your support - has done so much good work to treat, beat and defeat cancer.
