Valedictory Ceremony 2023
Friday, 22 September 2023
The Class of 2023 are now officially members of the Knox Old Boy community, following Monday’s Valedictory Ceremony.

In his Headmaster’s Address, Scott James said the OKGA had - through its support of the Knox community - shown that the Class of 2023 would never be alone.

“As we bid farewell to our Year 12 young men, they carry with them the legacy of the OKGA’s support and the spirit of camaraderie that has defined Knox for generations.”

Before the young men left the Great Hall as the Graduating Class of 2023, Mr James explained the OKGA’s gift to each graduating student was a symbol of their ongoing connection to the Black & Blue and, the Thistle on it, a reflection of resilience and courage.

As has been the tradition at Valedictory Assemblies of the past, the students were presented with their OKGA tie by some fathers of the graduating class who have contributed to the School and the OKGA.
